第二回和綿ワークショップが開催されました❗
6月2、3日(土、日)と第二回和綿ワークショップを開催いたしました。
前回のワークショップからの和綿栽培を自宅で行ってみてた近況報告を頂いたり、スピンドルで糸を紡いで来た「かせ」を持って来て頂いたり着実に種まきから糸紡ぎまで進んでいるのが分かる回となりました。
今回は前回とは違った、進歩したスピンドルの使い方を学び、糸車に至るまでの歴史に触れることができたと思います。
両日とも天気に恵まれ、フィールドワークでは大変暑い中集中して作業をして頂き、午前中の座学で学んだことを実践して頂くことでより理解が深まったと思います🍀
次回は8月11、12日(土、日)となります。
それまでにどれ位育っているか、楽しみです↗️

We held the 2nd Japanese cotton workshop on June 2, 3 (Saturday, Sunday).
I got a recent status report on Japanese cotton cultivation from my last workshop at home and got me the “kake” came by spinning the thread with spindle and steadily progressing from seeding to spinning It became a time to find out.
This time I learned how to use the advanced spindle different from last time, I think that I could touch the history up to the spinning wheel.
Both days were blessed with good weather, working in the field work very intensely, I think that understanding has deepened by practicing what we learned in the morning lecture class
Next time will be August 11, 12 (Saturday, Sunday).
I’m looking forward to how far it has grown up so far ！
From now on as well, everyone at the total care center, I will grow carefully ‼️
